TREATMENT OF INTESTINAL WORM INFECTIONS

INGREDIENTS:

Mebendazole…………………………….. 3 g

Excipient qs…………………………… 100 g

 INDICATIONS:

Meben is indicated for the treatment and prevent of Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm), Trichuris trichiura (whipworm), Ascaris lumbricoides (common roudworm), Ancylostoma duodenale (common hookworm), Necator americanus (hookworm) in single or mixed infections.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Mix with feed or drinking water. One dose only.

• Pigs, goat, sheep: 5 g/ 20 kg body weight/ time or 5 g/ 60 kg of food.
• Poultry: 5 g/ 15 kg body weight/ time or 3 g/ 1 liter of drinking water.
• Dogs, cats: 5 g/ 10 kg body weight/ time.

Prevention: use ½ dose of treatment.

 WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

– For meat: 7 days.

– For egg: 4 days.

STORAGE: Keep in shade, cool and dry place, at room temperature.
