CONTROL AND TREATMENT OF BLACKHEAD

DISEASE, LEUCOCYTOZOON, AND

COCCIDIOSIS IN POULTRY

INGREDIENTS:

Sulfadimethoxine sodium 40 g,

Trimethoprim 8 g,

Excipient qs 100 g

 INDICATIONS:

Treatment of coccidiosis, respiratory tract infections, digestive tract.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Mix with feed or drink water.

• Poultry: 1 g/ 16 kg of body weight or 1 g/ 1,5 liter of drinking water, continuously for 3 – 7 days.

For coccidiosis, black head, blood parasites:

Treatment: 1 g/ 12 kg of body weight or 1 g/ liter of drinking water, use for 5 consecutive days or for 3 days, discontinue for 2 days, continue for 3 days.

Prevention:

* Coccidiosis: Use 3 consecutive days at 4 – 7 and 22 – 25 days old.

* Black head, blood parasite: Use 3 consecutive days at 22 – 25 and 38 – 40 days old.

– Pig, goats, sheeps: 0,5 – 1 g/ liter of drinking water, 1 – 2 g/ kg of feed or 1 g/ 10 – 17 kg of body weight.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

 For meat:

• Poultry: 7 days.
• Pig, goats, sheeps: 12 days.

STORAGE: Keep in shade, cool and dry place, at room temperature.
