TREATMENT OF NEMATODES

Injectable Solution

INGREDIENTS:

Levamisole HCl…………………… 100 mg

Excipient qs…………………………….. 1 ml

INDICATIONS:

Treatment of lung and gastrointestinal worms in cattle, sheep, goat and poultry.

 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Intramuscular injection.

–         Cattle, camel: 1 ml/ 20 – 25 kg body weight/ time.

–         Goat, sheep: 1 ml/ 15 – 20 kg body weight/ time.

–         Dogs, cats: 1.3 ml/ 10 – 12 kg body weight/ time.

–         Poultry: 1 ml/ 5 kg body weight/ time.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Do not use for cattle and poultry with stomach and intestinal ulcers.
• Do not use for pregnant and lactating animals.
• Do not use for young cattle before 2 – 3 months old.
• Do not use medicine for horses.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

– For meat: 14 days.
– For milk: 4 days.

ACTUAL VOLUME: 100 ml

Storage: Keep in shade, cool and dry place, at room temperature.
