INJECTABLE SUSPENSION – LONG ACTING (LA)

TREATMENT OF MASTITIS – PNEUMONIA – PASTEURELLOSIS

 INGREDIENTS:

Penicillin G procain…………………………………. 200 mg

Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate………………………. 200 mg

Excipient qs……………………………………………… 1 ml

 INDICATIONS:

Treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive and/ or Gram-negative microorganisms sensitive to penicillin and/or dihydrostreptomycin, like respiratory infections (rhinitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, pneumonia), urogenital infections (nephritis, pyelonephitis, cystitis, metritis), mastitis, pasteurellosis, infections in gastrointestinal, wound infections, polyarthritis and septicaemia.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

• Deep intramuscular injection for 3 – 5 consecutive days.
• Cattle: 1 ml/ 20 kg body weight/ day.
• Goat, sheep, calves, dog, cat: 1 ml/ 10 kg body weight/ day.
• Poultry: 1 ml/ 5 – 7 kg body weight/ day.

Or can be used at doses as follows:

• Cattle: 1 ml/ 15 – 17 kg body weight.
• Goat, sheep, calves, dog, cat: 1 ml/ 8 kg body weight.
• Poultry: 1 ml/ 3 – 5 kg body weight.
• Intramuscular (I.M) injection with a single dose, long acting for 72 hours.

 

Nhãn 20ml: không cần thể hiện nội dung công dụng, cách dùng và liều dùng, chỉ thể hiện câu: “Indication, dosage and administration: see detail in the leaflet enclosed”

 

Note: (không cần thể hiện trên nhãn ≤ 100 ml)

• Shake well the suspension before use.
• Do not administer more than 20 ml in cattle and more than 5 ml in calves, sheep and goats per injection site.

 

 

 

 

Withdrawal period: (không cần thể hiện trên nhãn ≤ 100 ml)

• For meat: 21 days.
• For milk: 3 days.

 

Actual volume: 100 ml (hoặc 20 ml, hoặc 50 ml,…)(tùy theo quy cách bao bì)
