INJECTABLE SUSPENSION – LONG ACTING (LA)

TREATMENT OF MASTITIS – METRITIS – RESPIRATORY INFECTION

SAFE FOR PREGNANT ANIMALS

INGREDIENTS:

 

Cefquinome sulfate	25 mg
Excipient qs	1 ml

 INDICATIONS:

For the treatment of infections caused by the bacteria sensitive to cefquinome:

– Cattle: Respiratory tract infections caused by Pasteurella multocida and Mannheimia haemolytica, mastitis, metritis, necrosis dermatitis, foot-rot.

– Calves: Septicaemia newborns

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

By intramuscular injection, .

– Cattle: 1 ml / 25 kg body weight, once a day for 3 – 5 consecutive day (for dairy cows mastitis: 1 ml/ 25 kg body weight, once a day for 2 consecutive days).

– Calves: 2 ml / 25 kg body weight, once a daily for 3 days.

Or can be used at dosage:

By intramuscular injection. Give a single dose, repeat after 48 hours (if needed)

– Cattle, daily cows: 1 ml/ 15 kg body weight.

– Calves: 2 ml/ 15 kg body weight.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• For meat: 01 day;
• For milk: 0 day;

NOTE: 

• Shake well the suspension before use.
• Do not over 10 ml injection at one site.
• Do not administer to animals less than 1.25 kg body weight.
